Divya Devassy is an experienced Senior Manager in the field of Talent Acquisition with over 15 years of experience. Currently, she is managing the APJ Emerging Talent-hiring team at VMware, where she is involved in strategic contingency planning for engineering and non-engineering graduates. Her focus is on hiring the right talent and bringing out creative and effective avenues for branding, engagements, and operational excellence.
